Your Next Challenge? As a sales associate, you are our face to the customer, responsible for delivering a first-class service and shopping experience. Our customers should always expect to receive knowledge, product information, inspiration, tips, and ideas – and it will be your task to deliver this with a smile. Other work tasks include cash handling, product display, inventory management, and keeping the store clean and tidy. Are You a Good Fit? The most important thing is your personality. Small talk comes naturally to you, and your attentiveness helps you serve customers according to their individual personality and specific needs. You are a team player, competitive, and motivated by pursuing goals that elevate both yourself and the store. Experience as a sales associate, preferably in retail, is a plus. Experience with cash work, store display, and inventory management is also advantageous. It's important that you are flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
