About this role
Made for Sales has been commissioned to recruit a driven and energetic outside sales representative for Ragn-Sells, Sweden's leading competence company in recycling and environment. For the South-East Region within the Recycling Division, we are now seeking a salesperson to work in Småland, with a suitable place of residence in Växjö or within commuting distance.
In the role of sales representative at Ragn-Sells, you will work with B2B sales of the company's services, primarily targeting new customers in the district. The focus will be mainly on developing new customers, but you will also have the opportunity to develop some of Ragn-Sells' existing customer accounts in the region. Initially, the distribution between new and existing customer acquisition will be 80/20. Once you have built your own customer portfolio, the distribution will be around 50/50.
You will work through the entire sales process, with a significant focus on identifying and contacting new customers. In customer interactions, you will act consultatively, developing the customer's environmental management and closing contracts that are then handed over to production. The salesperson is responsible for following up on contracts and customer satisfaction, and for developing long-term relationships with decision-makers that lead to additional sales.
We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of successful B2B service sales experience. You have documented strong sales results, a high school education, and it is merit-worthy if you have some form of post-secondary sales-oriented education, such as IHM or Sales and Marketing College.
As a person, you are energetic, quick to start, business-minded, goal- and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in your business dealings. You are a team player experienced in driving the entire sales process independently. You find creative ways to identify new customers whom you easily contact and schedule meetings with. It is natural for you to always have multiple sales processes ongoing to meet set goals. You are communicative, representative, and skilled at creating and maintaining business relationships, moving comfortably between different environments and contexts. We see an advantage in having good IT skills as the role requires some administrative work. You have the ability to organize your work in a structured manner and easily handle various CRM systems and Excel.
You are fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have an interest in environmental issues. You are motivated by working in a company where you contribute to a more sustainable future. The position requires a B driver's license.
