About the Role
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sales Representative who wants to help develop Stålöv's business moving forward. In this role, you will have a central position with significant responsibility – both for creating new business opportunities and for developing existing customer relationships.
You will work proactively and commercially to build the customer base, define potential customers, and initiate new sales processes. Together with technical and operational resources, you will drive the business from the first contact to closure.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Identifying and defining potential customers and market segments
• Initiating sales processes independently and driving them to closure
• Conducting new customer outreach and prospecting
• Holding customer meetings, providing quotes, and following up on business
• Collaborating cross-functionally with technology and production to create strong customer solutions
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has a proven drive and desire to create business
• Is experienced in initiating sales processes and working proactively
• Has experience in new customer outreach
• Is communicative, self-driven, and business-minded
• Is fluent in Swedish and English
• Holds a valid driver's license (B category)
Meritorious: Technical understanding related to industry/production, or experience in solution-oriented B2B sales.
