About this role

We are looking for you who Want to be part of creating history on our exciting journey within NCH Europe's Lubricants business area. You have a passion and joy for sales and customer relationships – a "let’s go get it" attitude is appreciated. It is not a requirement for the role to have prior experience in lubricants or sales, but proven good results in previous roles are preferred, and you should reside in Östersund/Jämtland County. As a salesperson at NCH Europe within the Lubricants platform, you will be visiting our customers to discover how we can create value for their operations. You feel equally comfortable on the shop floor as you do in the customer's office. Even though your title is salesperson, the customer needs to see you as a partner throughout the sales process. This means a varied daily routine that demands efficiency and self-motivation. You will represent and demonstrate some of the best products in the industry. It is about understanding the customer's business and finding solutions for their needs. To achieve this, you will need to build a broad network within the customer organization and excel at developing long-term customer relationships.
