About the Role At Savedesk, which is part of Tres Customer Service, we work to strengthen customer relationships and increase customer loyalty. As a winback sales representative, you will receive incoming calls from customers who want to cancel their services with us. Your mission is to listen to their needs, create a good dialogue, and offer solutions that make the customer want to continue being a part of Tre. You will become part of a team with strong cohesion, where our coaches are close at hand to support your development and help you reach your goals.
