Job Responsibilities As a sales professional at Lundaman Instrument, you'll have a varied and independent role developing existing customer relationships and actively pursuing new customer acquisition. Using your product knowledge and understanding of customer needs, you'll present innovative solutions that create real value. You'll own the entire sales process - from prospecting and contacting new customers and resellers to signing contracts and closing deals. You enjoy being in the field and see sales as something best done together with the customer. To optimize your time, you'll plan smart customer visits while moving between meetings and ensure each customer feels satisfied and well-cared for. You'll be part of a sales team spread across the country, with each salesperson responsible for their own region. This role covers a large part of Central Sweden, working from your hometown with the freedom to plan and manage your own daily schedule. While you're responsible for creating an effective work week, you'll have support and experience sharing from both sales colleagues and the sales manager. Key Responsibilities: • Customer visits and engagement with new and existing customers for long-term relationships • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships focused on trust and service • Identifying customer needs and new business opportunities • Sales and technical consulting for hardware and software • Documenting meetings and deals for clear follow-up and quality Requirements: • Work experience in sales • Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written • Valid driver's license • Field sales experience is advantageous • Technical interest is advantageous Ideal Candidate Profile: We seek a goal-oriented and results-driven individual with strong motivation to reach and exceed set targets.
