About this role

At iSales, we are looking for our next top salesperson to become part of our future. We are searching for someone with a strong winning mentality, results-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment where community is key. About the job As a salesperson at iSales, you will work Monday to Friday from 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM. You will contact potential customers daily by phone with the goal of offering subscriptions from some of the market's most well-known telecom operators, such as Telia or Tele2. Your primary task is to understand the customer’s needs, present tailored solutions with a focus on added value, and create long-term relationships. You will be part of an engaged and goal-oriented team where you will receive continuous coaching, training, and opportunities to grow – both personally and professionally. This will of course be combined with fun activities and sales competitions! The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. We also expect you to: - Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Be competitive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-oriented environment. - Have the desire to develop within sales and customer relationships. - Be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday. - Have previous experience in direct sales.
