B2B Sales Representative – Projects, Architects & Property Owners

Hill Ceramic is now seeking an experienced and driven B2B sales representative with a documented background in tiles, ceramics, and bathroom interiors – ready to take the next step in their career with an expansive company in the tile, ceramic, and bathroom interior industry.
About the Position
You will play a key role in our proactive approach to building projects, property owners, and architects. Your focus will be to develop existing business and build new long-term customer relationships in Sweden and Denmark.
Your work will be based in our new modern facilities in Jägersro, Malmö – bringing your previous experience and existing industry network. Over the years, you have built relationships with architects, construction companies, and property owners, and know how to identify the right projects and make contact at the right time.
The work combines field sales and strategic inside sales through our digital quote system, gathering quote requests from both Sweden and Denmark.
We already have a strong flow of incoming leads – but it is primarily through your own contacts, knowledge, and business acumen that you will drive the business to completion with the support of the team.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 5 years of sales experience in tiles, ceramics, and bathrooms in the B2B segment
• Has an established network in the construction industry: architects, construction companies, property developers
• Is experienced in project-based work, preferably from inquiry to closure
• Is self-driven, business-minded, and goal-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with significant personal responsibility
• Has good system proficiency and experience working systematically with CRM, quote management, and follow-up
• Preferably a digital senior who wants to share experiences, knowledge, and the desire to develop together with the team
• Lives in Malmö or its surrounding area and can work both in the field and on-site in Malmö
