Outside Sales Representative at Acetec – Join Our Growth Journey!
We are in an exciting growth phase and are now seeking a committed outside sales representative who wants to help develop our business further. Here, you'll have the chance to work with strong products, a Swedish quality brand, and a fantastic team that supports each other.
About the Role
As an outside sales representative at Acetec, you'll become a key part of our sales team. You'll drive and develop sales in your district by building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This involves professional and consultative sales – where you'll use both your technical interest and business acumen.
You'll plan and conduct customer visits, demonstrate our products in practice, and negotiate deals that create value for both parties. Your contacts may include installers, wholesalers, project managers, consultants, procurement professionals, and management.
In this role, you will:
• Work from home and spend most of your time with customers
• Develop your district through strategic new customer acquisition and relationship building
• Collaborate closely with your sales manager and colleagues to achieve common goals
• Drive the sales process from first contact to closed deal
• Plan, follow up, and deliver on activity and business plans
The position involves travel and overnight stays.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys creating business through trust and commitment. You have a natural drive, are structured, and enjoy working independently – but also appreciate a team where experiences and ideas are shared.
We believe you have:
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a technical or consultative focus
• Worked in industries such as air, climate, or energy technology
• A strong business sense and ability to create long-term relationships
• Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written
• B driver's license
Meritorious:
Experience working with CRM systems, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
