The Sales Role
Your most important task as a sales associate is to provide top-class service to our customers. This includes everything from cash register work and baking to stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and tidy.
Being a store sales associate is perfect for someone who is social, independent, and fearless. In our stores, the pace is often high, you work independently at different times of the day. You need to be a true multitasker to combine all tasks in the store while meeting every customer with a smile.
Your Experience
You are at least 18 years old, have completed high school, and speak Swedish. You enjoy keeping things clean and fresh around you, are stress-resistant, and willing to work varying hours. We also expect you to provide references from 2 people.
About the Position
This is a part-time temporary position with 20 hours per week. Your work hours will vary according to a rotating four-week schedule.
We are looking for someone who can work during Christmas and New Year's, as well as Saturday mornings.
Critical for the recruitment process is the ability to be at work at 4:00 AM on weekdays and 5:00 AM on weekends when the store opens. You should be a morning person and preferably experienced in working independently at the cash register, handling everything from sales, cash work, baking, merchandise handling to cleaning. You should enjoy varying work hours from early mornings to working weekends. Responses will only be given to those selected for an interview.
We offer wages according to the retail agreement. In addition to salary, the collective agreement also regulates overtime and working hours.
