About the position As a salesperson for roof renovations, you will have significant responsibility with us at Vesivek. You will be responsible for the entire sales process. You will work directly with private customers and homeowners, so it is very important that the customer feels secure with us as a partner. High service and great engagement are crucial for the customer experience. As a salesperson, you will also collaborate with the depot manager and production team throughout the process to achieve satisfied customers. At Vesivek, we will train you to become a roofing expert to meet customers' expectations for professional advice. You will receive a solid base salary with commission and a company car.
In this role, you will engage in proactive outreach, which includes door-to-door visits to new customers, closing deals, and conducting sales activities in the local area related to roof renovations. Sales activities may also include exhibiting at trade fairs where you will book customers and promote the brand. You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with your existing customers to create future references and exceed customer expectations.
About you We believe that you, like many salespeople, love to win! Additionally, we think you have a strong drive, a positive attitude, and are comfortable taking your own initiatives. We are looking for someone who knows how to succeed as a salesperson and has several years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales to the private customer market. We seek someone who wants the opportunity to work closely with customer relationships and succeed by being responsible for successful sales. You will belong to our depot in Bålsta, but your sales area will be parts of Västmanland.
To succeed in the role of salesperson, you must meet the following requirements:
• Hold a valid driver's license B (passenger car)
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have many years of experience in proactive sales against B2C and/or B2B
• Experience in construction or renovation is an advantage
