Skanska Rental AB is a subsidiary of Skanska Sverige AB and operates throughout Sweden. We are a machinery rental company that offers a very wide range of equipment, from tower cranes to screwdrivers. Our customers include companies in both the construction and civil engineering sectors as well as other industries. Driven Salesperson Focused on Long-Term Customer Relationships To continue growing in the Södertälje market, we are seeking an engaged salesperson who wants to build long-term relationships and create impactful business opportunities. With us, you will have the chance to work closely with our customers, both existing and new, to find solutions that make their projects successful. You will become an important part of our team and have the freedom to plan your work while receiving support and coaching from colleagues and your manager. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and developing long-term customer relationships. - Creating business opportunities based on goals and strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing function. - Visiting customers at headquarters and construction sites to understand their needs. - Ensuring that customers receive excellent service and advice when renting machinery. - Working with a variety of customers and projects, both large and small. - Planning and executing your work with great freedom and responsibility. You enjoy creating business and building networks. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You have a genuine interest in building relationships and always ensure that the customer is at the center. With your drive and unpretentious attitude, you contribute to a positive work climate and become a role model both internally and externally. The position requires: - At least two years of experience in customer and sales work within the rental industry or the construction and civil engineering sector. - A valid driver's license (B category), as customer visits and travel are part of the role. - Fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have education in sales, marketing, or economics. Previous experience working with both larger and smaller customers as well as familiarity with CRM systems is also beneficial. As a person, you are self-driven, motivated, and have a knack for networking.
