SOVA has been bed experts since 1989. While we may not know everything about sofas or outdoor furniture, we are leading experts in beds. We are now seeking someone who wants to become part of our expert team and help customers find the perfect bed for a better night's sleep. Our vision is for all people to wake up refreshed and full of energy, every day – and as a bed expert, you play a key role in making this possible.
About the Bed Expert Role:
As a SOVA bed expert, you will guide our customers through the entire process of finding the bed that best matches their body and sleeping habits. Using our unique four-step SOVA method – function, feel, design, and quality – you'll help customers make an investment in their sleep. To ensure the best recommendation, you will always work alongside a colleague.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct bed trials with customers
- Provide customers with the right support and comfort based on their specific needs
- Contribute high product knowledge and a passion for sleep and well-being
Who We're Looking For:
- Genuine interest in sleep and improving people's well-being
- Willingness to develop and learn everything about beds, their construction, and materials
- Ability to build trust and provide top-tier service
- Interest in ergonomics and product expertise
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Customer flow is highest on weekends, which means working 2 out of 3 weekends
Education and Development – SOVA Academy:
To ensure you become a certified bed expert, you'll complete our training program at the SOVA Academy. Here, you'll learn all about beds' technical specifications, material choices, and ergonomics. The training concludes with a comprehensive knowledge test, and we'll ensure you maintain your expertise through regular testing.
