Diamax continues to grow and has established a sales team with the possibility of working 100% remotely – the position is based in Linköping.
Diamax operates as a retailer for some of Sweden's strongest brands as well as well-known clients across various industries, ranging from publishing and grocery deliveries to electricity and telecommunications. You will gain specialized skills in telephone sales, which, combined with the strength of our clients' brands, provides you with excellent conditions to succeed as a salesperson.
We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of documented experience in telephone sales who is ready to step in and become part of Diamax's successful journey.
Your development is their success! During your employment, you will alternate between theory and practice while gaining extensive experience in selling various products and services over the phone. You will continuously receive coaching, feedback, and further training to continue your development journey, where there are always opportunities for career advancement for the ambitious.
Employment Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking someone who is serious, results-oriented, and has a fundamental understanding of outbound telemarketing with a customer focus. Traits that describe you include engagement, drive, and curiosity. You are responsible and self-motivated, eager to continuously develop during your employment, and understand the connection between effort and success. Requirements:
• At least 6 months of documented experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Access to your own computer and headset to perform the work from home.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to provide a reference that verifies previous experience and employment accuracy.
A criminal record check will be requested before employment.
