ABOUT THE POSITION In the role of part-time salesperson, you will play a crucial role in selling fresh seafood to wholesalers. You will be part of a dynamic team where your ability to negotiate and deliver results is highly valued. You will work in a challenging environment with tough conversations, where the majority of sales occur over the phone. Here, you will interact daily with customers and wholesalers to maximize sales and contribute to the business results. RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks * Sell fresh products over the phone to recurring wholesale customers. * Negotiate volume and price with customers. * Contribute to the company's business results through direct sales. * Work towards set goals. * Approve sales orders. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Is a student in a post-secondary education and can work 2 days a week. - Is available to work on Mondays and Wednesdays. - Has experience in sales. - Is willing to challenge and take initiative in customer dialogues. - Is accustomed to handling tough conversations. - Is used to working in a stressful environment. It is an advantage if you have - Experience in cold calling/telephone sales. - Studied a program related to sales. - Experience in sales within food and fresh products.
