About this role

Are you experienced with large-scale installation projects and passionate about plant environments that endure over time? Do you understand the complexity of major plantings and want to work closely with customers who demand high quality and delivery? Then you might be the one we're looking for! We at Splendor Plant are the Nordic region's largest wholesale plant nursery, and we continue to grow. We are now seeking an experienced sales representative with solid industry knowledge and a strong commitment to customer relationships, plant materials, and delivery reliability. About the Role As a sales representative, you will primarily work with construction and installation customers, such as landscaping contractors, housing developers, and public administration. Your responsibility is to understand customer needs, both short and long-term, and ensure the right plant materials are delivered at the right time. You are a confident and trustworthy conversation partner with practical experience in large-scale planting workflows. This enables you to ask the right questions and propose solutions that work in reality. Work includes: • Sales to existing and new construction and installation customers • Customer visits during winter months to plan projects and build relationships • Participation in trade fairs and industry events • Close collaboration with other departments to ensure high delivery precision We believe the ideal candidate… holds a university degree, such as in landscape engineering, with several years of experience in the installation industry. You may have worked on large installation projects as a contractor or project manager/administrator. You have strong plant knowledge and a well-developed understanding of site conditions and plant requirements, and you see the entire process from order to planted area. You thrive in an advisory role where trust, knowledge, and clear communication are crucial for building good relationships. At the same time, you have a clear business drive and are skilled at guiding conversations to a completed sale – in a way that creates value for both the customer and us. Personally, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have a B driver's license and are prepared to travel during the winter months to meet customers and attend trade fairs. Additional knowledge in alternative cultivation methods such as rooftop plantings or rain gardens is a plus. What Do We Offer?
