Job Description We are seeking an experienced sales professional who wants to work in a broad and varied role at a well-established company in the automotive industry. About the Role As a sales professional with us, you will work on developing and nurturing customer relationships with the goal of increasing the number of customers selling their vehicles through our auction platform. You will contact both new and existing customers, follow up on leads, and drive sales from the first conversation to completed transaction. You will have daily contact with customers via phone, email, and physical meetings, working to create long-term partnerships. The role also includes administrative tasks such as vehicle registration, handling quotes, and ensuring sales are correctly documented in our systems. Since we are a small team, work days are varied. Sometimes this means accompanying colleagues to pick up vehicles or helping in other areas of the business. You will thrive here if you enjoy taking responsibility, being flexible, and contributing where needed. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in used vehicle sales who understands how the automotive business works from start to finish. You have a natural sales drive, are communicative, and enjoy building customer relationships. Perhaps you have previously worked as a sales representative, site manager, sales manager, or in another leadership role in automotive sales or vehicle services and now want to get closer to the business again. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, structured, and without ego. You enjoy working in an environment where days differ and where there is room to influence and develop. We have an office in Stockholm Norrort and prefer candidates living in Stockholm Norrort or Uppsala. A Class B driver's license is required, and a Class C license is an advantage. About the Company Our client is a well-established player in car auctions and a market leader. They broker used vehicles through their own digital platform and offer comprehensive solutions for their customers, including services like repair, reconditioning, testing, transportation, financing, insurance, and warranty. Intended start is March 2026, with initial employment as a six-month consultant assignment via Autorekrytering, with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards.
