Do you want to represent one of the world's most iconic sports car brands and create top-class customer experiences? Semler Premium is now seeking a salesperson with a passion for exclusive cars, customer relationships, and world-class sales.
**Your Role**
As a salesperson with us, you are more than just a seller; you are an ambassador for Lamborghini. You build long-term relationships with our customers, understand their lifestyle and daily lives, and guide them through a unique purchasing journey. The role involves both the sale of new and used cars as well as related services, and you manage the entire process from the first meeting to delivery.
You will also be part of exclusive activities such as launches, track days, and events, where you represent the brand and create unforgettable experiences. All of this is aimed at strengthening our sales and building long-term customer relationships.
**Your Main Responsibilities Include:**
- Selling new Lamborghini models as well as used premium cars.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers, both in the showroom and at events.
- Managing the entire delivery process, from order to delivery.
- Valuing trade-in vehicles.
- Communicating with the factory regarding ongoing reporting and administration.
- Actively contributing leads through proactive sales and networking.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute exclusive events.
The position is based at our beautiful facility in Järfälla, and you will report to our Head of Sales. Travel to various events and customer activities will be required.
**Who You Are**
We are looking for a results-driven salesperson who is passionate about creating top-class customer experiences. Your background may be in the automotive industry, where you have experience with the entire sales process and wish to step into one of the world's most iconic brands. Alternatively, you may come from another premium or luxury industry, where you are accustomed to meeting a demanding clientele, delivering high-level sales, and have a plan for how to learn the craft of selling a car.
Regardless of your path, you have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You are self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented, while also possessing a keen sense of service and understanding the importance of building long-term relationships. With a professional demeanor and a passion for exclusive brands, you build trust and inspire customers in their purchasing journey.
We believe you have:
- Documented experience of successful sales in the automotive, premium, or luxury segment.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed goals, focusing on both volume and profitability.
- The ability to combine business acumen with outstanding customer service.
- A structured and self-driven working style, as well as high social competence.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (with manual transmission) and a genuine interest in exclusive brands.
