Töm is an organization dedicated to preventing trauma, abuse, and addiction in the home. We are currently seeking five committed and driven communicators. TÖM works to raise awareness and create change by informing the public about what is actually happening in society.
Through collaboration with municipalities, businesses, faith communities, and organizations, our goal is a zero vision regarding trauma, abuse, and addiction, as well as making Sweden a better country.
In this important role, you will:
· Inform and raise awareness: Share knowledge about our work and the importance of preventing trauma, abuse, and addiction.
· Collaborate with businesses and organizations: Build relationships and engage sponsors to support our work financially.
· Develop and implement strategies: Work proactively to reach various community groups and create long-term partnerships.
· Participate in events and campaigns: Represent Töm on different platforms and events to increase our visibility and impact.
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience in sales, communication, or similar fields.
· Is a strong communicator with the ability to inspire and engage others.
· Is self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for making a difference in the community.
· Has good networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
· Has an understanding of and commitment to social issues, particularly those affecting families and children.
Your personal qualities are more important than previous work experience. We provide all the training you need to become a skilled communicator/salesperson.

The salary is performance-based. The position is location-independent, and you can work from home or another place as long as you can work in a calm and harmonious environment.
