We are now seeking a results-oriented sales associate with a passion for service for our store in Knalleland, Borås. You take initiative, think creatively, and see solutions and opportunities in new situations. You are curious, knowledgeable, but never fully learned. With humility, you dare to share yourself, be honest, open-minded, and occasionally make mistakes. We are looking for someone who: • Has a burning interest in sales and service • Is driven to achieve results through teamwork • Is creative and good at finding solutions • Is curious and eager to learn continuously • Is responsible and enjoys taking initiative • Is unpretentious and a good listener We prefer that you have previous experience working with personal service and sales, preferably in retail. It is also an advantage if you speak more languages than Swedish and English. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Scope: The position is a permanent employment with an average of 20 hours per week. Working hours include every other weekend and may vary during weekdays.
