Since 1985, JOBI Footright AB has made workdays better for people in healthcare, education, and social services.
We sell work shoes with personal service – directly at the customer's location.
With care, quality, and joy, we have become market leaders in on-site shoe sales that make a difference in people's daily lives.
Now we are seeking a new sales representative for the Jönköping district – could that be you?
Your Mission
As a sales representative at JOBI, you will meet our customers at their workplaces.
Each day involves five pre-booked visits, where you showcase the season's shoe collection and help customers find the right shoes for their feet and work.
You "speak feet" – conduct a needs analysis, let the customer try on shoes, and select the right model.
This is a dynamic role with extensive personal contact, energy, and responsibility.
We Are Looking for Someone Who…
• Easily creates contact and builds trust
• Enjoys independent work but also likes collaboration
• Has at least five years of full-time work experience
• Can handle a physically active job (packing, lifting, etc.)
• Believes sales is about helping people
We Offer
• Initial training and ongoing support
• Company car and mobile phone
• Fixed salary of 29,000 SEK/month + commission
• Pre-booked customer visits – you focus on sales and customer interactions

The position begins with a 6-month probationary period.
