We are currently seeking employees for our Food & Close Sales team, which works with brands such as Capri-Sun, El Taco Truck, Mino, Svenska Lantchips, Ritter, and Dellia, among others, in the Kronoberg/Jönköping/Blekinge and Kalmar counties. Responsibilities and Duties As a sales representative, you will drive sales for our suppliers in your district. You are responsible for proactively creating growth for the store, clients, and Conaxess Trade. Your main responsibilities will include: * establishing strong and business-oriented relationships with store buyers * working according to the established sales cycle plan and set budget goals * developing good distribution for our products * creating attractive displays in stores Qualifications In addition to a passion for business, we believe the following keywords are crucial for success as a salesperson with us: * Proactive and engaged * Business-oriented demeanor * Energetic and self-driven, focused with a strong competitive instinct * Structured with good planning skills * Strong analytical abilities * Positive attitude and good collaboration skills We prefer candidates with experience as a salesperson and/or those who have worked in the grocery sector. A suitable residence is around Växjö or Kalmar and surrounding areas. The district may require overnight stays. We offer you an exciting and varied workday, with many meetings. You will report to the Sales Manager and be part of a nationwide team that meets a few times a year for developmental and inspiring conferences. We have a collective agreement with Svensk Handel and offer a fixed monthly salary, bonuses, wellness benefits, and a company car.
