We are seeking someone who wants to help drive sales for some of Sweden's most beloved bread brands!
Polfärskt Stockholm Nord is part of the nationwide Polfärskt organization and is responsible for distribution and sales of fresh bread from brands including Polarbröd, Fazer, Skogaholm, Hatting, and Hägges to grocery retailers in the northern Stockholm area. We are growing and are now looking for a driven, committed, and relationship-building sales representative for our team!
About the Role
As a sales representative with us, you will have your own district with responsibility for sales, customer relations, and daily in-store operations. The role is both independent and social – you plan your own workday while collaborating closely with colleagues, store personnel, and management.
Your Main Tasks:
• Ensure our products are always fresh, well-displayed, and have correct pricing information in-store.
• Execute daily orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle returns according to established procedures.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities in stores.
• Plan and execute local campaigns and drive additional sales in close dialogue with stores.
• Work with basic space management and store planning when renovations or assortment changes are needed.
• Follow up on sales, goals, and key performance indicators together with team leaders.
You will operate from our warehouse in Järfälla, loading your light truck (B license) with fresh bread daily before driving to your stores within your district. You will be part of a committed sales team with strong cohesion and a clear shared focus: creating growth and customer value every day.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• Experience in grocery retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. Or you have worked in a food store and want to take the next step in your career.
• Good understanding of store economics and how margins, pricing, and campaigns affect profitability.
• Ability to plan and prioritize your day efficiently.
• High-level Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.
• B driver's license (requirement).
Additional experience would be advantageous in:
• Space management and shelf optimization.
• Fresh product sales or bread/bakery category.
• Working towards set goals and budgets.

Location
The position is based at our warehouse in Järfälla and covers a dedicated geographical district within northern and central Stockholm. Districts may be adjusted over time to create the best balance between employees and the company.
