- Base salary + generous commission model
- 35-hour work week
- 6-month probationary period transitioning to a permanent position

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle and will use the telephone as your primary tool to focus on B2C sales to private customers, driving the team forward in the industry with your high work ethic. A major focus of the role will be creating good relationships with everyone you contact. Initially, you'll work on cold calls, with the potential to transition to existing customer contacts over time.

The most important qualities are that you are hungry, fearless, have strong commitment, persistent, and give 100% to everything you do. It's crucial that you speak and write Swedish fluently. You have an inner drive to always deliver the best for your customers and achieve good results. Naturally, you are positive and cheerful, both towards customers and colleagues.
