Your Responsibilities:
• Process new and existing business customers through networking and meetings
• Build long-term customer relationships and develop business
• Manage the entire sales process – from first contact to follow-up
• Quotation work, pricing, and contract negotiation
• Represent God Service in business networks
• Support colleagues when needed
Good to Know
The position is based in Malmö, with all of Skåne as the work area. You'll work closely with the business area manager and report directly to the CEO. The office has six employees, with an atmosphere characterized by strong commitment, open communication, and quick decision-making. The role offers great freedom with responsibility, allowing you to plan your day independently while having close support when needed. Working hours are 08:00-17:00 with space for hybrid work. The position is full-time, ongoing with a six-month probationary period. Start date to be agreed upon.
Our Expectations
We're seeking someone with genuine interest in sales and who enjoys building relationships over time. You have at least five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cleaning, service, or facility management industries. Experience in calculating time and price and understanding customer needs in-depth is advantageous. Experience with public procurement or an active regional network is a plus.
No specific education or certifications are required – the most important things are relevant experience and good business sense. You should be computer-savvy, especially with the Office suite, comfortable establishing new contacts, and able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English. A driver's license is mandatory.
