The role involves a lot of interaction with people, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer. Our customers may be very knowledgeable about solar energy or completely new to the area, so it is crucial that you can adapt your communication so they understand and get answers to their questions. What all our sales representatives have in common is the desire to succeed! We believe you have previously worked in some form of proactive sales. This could be in field sales or through active upselling. If you have experience in acquiring new customers, that’s great, but perhaps you have the drive to elevate your experience as an inside sales representative to a new level. A valid B driver's license is a requirement. Your new everyday life: As a salesperson at Sesol, you will have two to three meetings per day. About half are scheduled by our appointment setters, but you need to be comfortable calling customers and door-knocking to book your own visits. To succeed in this role, we have also found that it requires working one or two evenings a week and one weekend a month. We support you in this process through a comprehensive onboarding, sales training, a thoughtful introduction from your manager, and continuous feedback.
