About this role

About us: Got City Centers Hotels is a family-owned company that lives hotels. From our headquarters in Vasastan, Gothenburg, we currently manage nine hotels across Sweden – most of which are affiliated with Best Western – alongside approximately 170 dedicated colleagues. We are growing and are now creating a key role as Sales Manager with elements of marketing: Someone who wants to elevate our commercial growth and brands to the next level. Your role: Together with the management team, you will be responsible for building the sales function for the entire group. You will be tasked with finding effective ways to increase sales at our hotels. We prefer that you have an interest in marketing, as the role includes overall responsibility for our social media. The position requires regular travel, primarily to our hotels in Stockholm and Jönköping, but also to other destinations in Sweden. We believe you have: • Experience in sales • Strong negotiation and networking skills • Solid knowledge of digital marketing • Business acumen, analytical ability, and experience working towards budgets, forecasts, and results • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Good travel habits, flexibility, and a valid driver's license (B category) • A humble mindset and the ability to spread energy, humor, and engagement • Experience in the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry is an advantage We offer: A key role with significant authority in a growing hotel group Access to Best Western's global network and tools Short decision-making paths Influence over everything from brand strategy to guest experience Collective agreements, employee discounts, and flexible work A warm, entrepreneurial team that is passionate about guest service and results
