As a B2B Sales Representative at Serviceform, you'll become a key player in our continued growth. You'll be responsible for driving the entire sales process – from prospecting to signed agreement. The role is primarily outbound-focused, which means actively reaching out to companies and building new customer relationships.
In this role, you will work on:
• New customer acquisition with an outbound focus
• Booking and conducting your own customer meetings, both digitally and in-person
• Identifying business opportunities through market analysis
• Building long-term relationships and developing existing customers
• Sharing insights and customer feedback internally to improve processes and offerings
• Closely collaborating with Country Manager and sales team in Stockholm
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
• Experience in outbound B2B sales
• Proficiency in booking and conducting your own meetings
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English
• Strong interest in technology and digital solutions
