Qualifications and Merits for Sales Roles • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written. • Drive, sense of responsibility, and a desire to achieve results. • Skilled at building relationships with excellent listening abilities. • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems are a plus.
