As a salesperson with us at Grewin Sales, you will:
• Make cold calls and book meetings over the phone from the prepared lists I have created for you (yes, you won’t have to prospect; I know how much time salespeople lose doing that!)
• Sit in and listen to learn how I conduct sales calls before, during, and after.
• Take the sales meetings you book and close as many deals as you can with me as your coach.
• Enter a driven and passionate sales culture with several others where winners are at the center. A culture that showcases winners instead of coddling low performers.
Since the company has aggressive expansion plans and wants to elevate strong performances, you will eventually, as you become really good, be offered:
• Appointment setters who will book sales meetings for you.
• A virtual sales assistant to handle your administrative tasks.
• The opportunity to take on your own sales team within the company.
As the CEO, I am very process-oriented and take personal development seriously. Here, we work with a leadership style where we SHOW you how it’s done. I will sell in front of you; that’s how you learn best. You will learn to sell using the Straight Line Selling system and gain insight into a sales process I have meticulously developed after 15,000 conversations with executives.
Here are some key facts about the position:
• Based in Stockholm, not hybrid or remote.
• This is a role focused on new sales, not account management. So, this is more for you who want to excel at bringing in new customers rather than managing existing ones.
• Guaranteed salary of 20,000 SEK (a higher guaranteed salary can be discussed if you come with very valuable experience in sales, sales coaching, or other assets for a growing sales company).
• B2B sales. In this project, we sell memberships in an executive network. The product is a type of educational offering from Dagens industri, targeting executives. So, you will learn a lot about engaging in conversations with executives and gain broad experience in the business world and how decisions are made in the rooms where it really counts.
• The average price of the memberships we sell is approximately 50,000 SEK per membership, but there are memberships that cost up to 200,000 SEK.
• Your commission is 20% per sold unit. I challenge you to compare this with any other sales job; it is an extremely generous commission model.
• You should aim for a monthly salary of at least 50,000 SEK within six months if you put in the required work with my guidance.
• Benefits you can expect: free breakfast, sales competitions, and company trips. Later, upon permanent employment, also wellness benefits and private health insurance.
