**Qualifications and Merits for Sales Roles**
- Experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Drive, sense of responsibility, and a desire to achieve results.
- Good relationship-building skills with the ability to listen.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems are a plus.
- Driver's license: B required.
