Future Inventions AB is a rapidly growing software development company with a solid long-term foundation. The company has developed the CareBuilder journal system, an award-winning SaaS tool for HVB homes, LSS operations, and other social care facilities. CareBuilder ensures accurate documentation in accordance with the law and makes everyday life easier and more efficient for care staff. The USP of the SaaS solution is that it is advanced and feature-rich while being customizable to meet each client's specific needs. The company is now focused on further strengthening the product.
About the Role of Sales-Driven CEO
As the Sales-Driven CEO of Future Inventions, you will primarily work with daily sales, which includes both proactive sales efforts and managing existing customers and incoming inquiries. Proactive customer engagement includes everything from cold calling to product demos, attending trade shows, building networks, and reviewing digital marketing/campaigns.
In addition to strategic and operational responsibility for sales, you will be the leader of the organization and, together with other key individuals, coordinate product development, project deliveries, finance, strategy, and the company as a whole. Future Inventions consists of a humble team of eight people.
Your main responsibilities:
• Sales from start to finish
• Account Management for existing customers
• Coordinate the company's activities and engage the rest of the team across all functions
• Together with the board and owners, develop and implement a sales strategy and direction for long-term growth
• Contribute market insights for further product development of CareBuilder to continue meeting customer needs and strengthen the business across multiple segments
• Be a present and communicative leader for a small team
About You
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in economics, business development, healthcare, or another relevant field deemed equivalent, along with at least five years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS solutions. Experience and/or a network within HVB homes, LSS operations, and other social care facilities is a plus (but not a requirement). To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable with systems and proficient in using Office and other standard applications available on the market today.

Important for the role:
• At least five years of sales experience with good results, preferably within SaaS
• Post-secondary education, likely a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business development, health, or care, or another relevant field deemed equivalent
• Good system proficiency and fluent language skills in Swedish and English
• You are a commercial leader motivated by working with sales while having the chance to broaden your profile towards leadership
• You are humble, business-minded, and trustworthy
Preferred qualifications for the role:
• Experience with SaaS
