**About the Position**
As the Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility. You will lead the team, develop the business, and ensure that our members have a positive experience. The position is full-time with varying working hours, including some evenings.
The position is 100%.
**Your main responsibilities:**
* Personnel management and scheduling
* Actively work with leads through our CRM system
* Actively engage in sales through warm leads, both via phone and in-person meetings at the facility
* Responsible for group training
* Member service and sales of merchandise
* Planning and execution of activities and events
* Collaboration with the head office and other facilities within the chain
**We are looking for someone who:**
* Is a natural leader with strong communication skills
* Is service-oriented and has a genuine interest in fitness and health
* Has the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Is not afraid to interact and create new contacts
* Holds a B driver's license (preferred)
