Sales Loan Officer – Help customers find the right loan solution!
Are you a driven salesperson with an interest in banking and finance? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where you can develop and influence your own salary? We are now looking for a sales loan officer to join our personal loan team!
**About the Role**
As a loan officer, you will contact customers who have submitted a loan application. Your task is to identify the customer's needs, offer tailored loan solutions, and provide information about loan protection and insurance. You will work towards clear goals and receive continuous support and coaching to enhance your sales skills.
The position begins with thorough training in sales, our products, and the industry. During the onboarding process, you will also have the opportunity to listen in on calls to learn from experienced colleagues and managers. Your development will continue through regular coaching and further education.

**We are looking for someone who:**
✔️ Has sales experience, preferably in telemarketing, loan mediation, or banking and finance.
✔️ Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good command of English.
✔️ Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards clear goals.
✔️ Is motivated by a role where you can influence your own salary.
