About the position
As a sales-oriented customer service representative, you are the first point of contact when customers reach out - viewing each call as an opportunity. You will primarily sell electricity contracts with additional services to private customers. With your combination of a service mindset, business drive, and responsiveness, you will find solutions that create satisfied customers and strong results.
You will:
- Handle incoming customer calls where you quickly identify needs and turn each dialogue into business opportunities.
- Work towards clear sales goals - both individually and alongside your team.
- Close deals, drive sales, and maximize your personal commission.
- Manage back-office tasks and ensure that each case is handled correctly - an important step in creating high customer satisfaction and quality in every interaction.
- Build long-term customer relationships through close and professional communication across multiple channels.

Requirements for the position:
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Completed secondary education.
