About the Company SwedPaper manufactures and sells white sack and kraft paper for the packaging industry and is currently one of the larger European manufacturers in this segment. The company has a well-established operation with extensive experience and long-standing, strong customer relationships. SwedPaper's products and services have an excellent reputation in the global packaging market, and the business is conducted with a modern IT infrastructure and short decision-making paths. SwedPaper is now seeking an engaged customer service representative who is passionate about human interaction, world-class service, and has a natural drive to create strong customer relationships. As a customer service representative, you are a key person in customer contact. You are responsible for the entire process from order to delivery, which includes order registration, delivery planning, invoicing, and daily support via email and telephone. You handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and deliveries, and maintain close contact with production planners, warehouse staff, and shipping coordinators. You will be based at the office in Gävle and work during daytime hours. Beyond daily tasks, SwedPaper offers a work environment where you can develop and grow together with the company. Your Profile We are seeking a person with a genuine interest in people and service. Experience in a customer-facing profession or another role where the ability to build trust and relationships has been developed is likely part of your background. Being comfortable in social settings, being solution-oriented, and having a sales-driven approach to always finding the best possible solution for the customer are important qualities. Loyalty, precision, structure, and flexibility combined with good prioritization skills are desirable qualities. A positive, curious, and unpretentious attitude is appreciated – as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and good computer skills, preferably with experience in Office 365, are necessary. A B driver's license is required, and knowledge of German is considered meritorious. The position is through Clockwork, working as a consultant at SwedPaper.
