About the Position As a Sales Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for both new customer acquisition and managing existing clients, with a focus on developing business and creating added value. You will constantly seek new business opportunities and actively participate in various networks. The role involves a strong emphasis on prospecting and approaching new customers, while also maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the customer's first choice. In addition to sales, you will be responsible for placing the right consultants for the assignments you bring in and for following up and supporting them in their daily work with clients. You will work towards budget targets and contribute to achieving our high-set goals. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to match the right candidate with the right customer. Performance tracking and weekly KPI reviews are a natural part of our work, in line with our constant pursuit of development.
