Veteranpoolen works with corporate staffing and private customers in the areas of crafts, gardening, and household-related services, with a large pool of skilled veterans as performers. Veteranpoolen in Växjö is run by two committed entrepreneurs who are now seeking a colleague who wants to contribute to their success!
In this role, there is great room for personal responsibility, where you will be part of ensuring that both customers and veterans are helped and satisfied. Your focus will be working with private customer business where our customers purchase ROT & RUT services, with a primary emphasis on RUT.
The role is communicative, social, varied, and challenging, where no two days are alike. Customer contact and sales are a significant part of your workday. To thrive in the role, you should be a problem solver who finds joy in making customers' daily lives easier.
In your role, you will:
• Receive and register incoming assignments in our systems.
• Proactive sales and customer care via telephone.
• Scheduling
• Be involved in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Match the right veteran with the right customer – for that perfect match!
• Support our veterans in big and small matters.
• Participate in veteran meetings – such as summer parties, Christmas mingles, and bowling tournaments.
The telephone and computer are your primary work tools, and if you love picking up the phone and creating contact, this is truly the right place for you!
Who are you?
You are a structured, social, and driven person who always gets things done! With your energy and commitment, you ensure that customers and veterans are satisfied, while keeping track of details and enjoying handling multiple tasks simultaneously and following routines in a structured manner.
We believe you have experience from roles involving customer contact, such as customer service or inside sales. You have good administrative skills, are assertive, solution-oriented, and always have an eye on creating high customer satisfaction.
About the Position
The position is 80% and you will be employed at the local office in Växjö. Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM. The salary level is 28,500 SEK for 100%, currently for 80% but may become 100% over time.
The office is located at Framtidsvägen 10, where we believe and hope you will enjoy working since we believe we perform our work best from there. The application deadline is December 7th, and the start date is by agreement but preferably in early January/February 2026.
