ABOUT THE POSITION Tengella AB develops and sells a comprehensive business system, Tengella, with modules ranging from customer and project management to scheduling, payroll preparation, and invoicing. The company is a leader in Sweden and holds the largest market share within its niche. Tengella is experiencing significant growth and currently has over 20 employees, including management, developers, salespeople, customer success, and support teams, who work closely together to maintain, further develop, and deliver their cloud-based business system. They are now ready to expand the team and welcome a new colleague as a Sales and Marketing Assistant! The recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and you will be directly employed by Tengella. The company is very well-managed, solid, and experiencing strong growth. The revenue is around 31 million SEK with a good result, and the company is on a growth journey, including international expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be an important part of Tengella, working closely with both the sales department and the Customer Success Team. You will handle administrative and operational tasks related to both sales and marketing. Responsibilities include supporting salespeople, creating marketing materials (both digital and printed), planning and coordinating trade shows and events, lead generation, working with texts, and other typical marketing tasks. At Tengella, you will have a very varied role with your own responsibility where you contribute to creating structure, driving activities, and strengthening the company's market presence. You will work approximately 50/50 in sales and marketing, and your areas of responsibility and focus may shift in terms of workload depending on different periods throughout the year. To thrive in this role, you need to have an unpretentious attitude as you will assist and relieve where needed, whether it is in sales, marketing, or other office-related tasks. In short, you will be the spider in the web, ensuring support where needed in sales and marketing while also taking on responsibilities as an office coordinator. Your main tasks include: * Coordinating events and trade shows – from planning to follow-up * Planning, creating, and publishing digital content for social media, newsletters, and the website * Supporting the sales team in daily operations – for example, prospecting and new customer outreach via phone. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and initiate contact with potential customers, book meetings, and actively follow up on dialogues and business opportunities * Creating presentation materials, newsletters, and marketing materials * Coordinating and planning internal areas such as meeting and travel bookings, purchasing office supplies, and other orders, as well as various office-related tasks such as assisting with preparations for customer visits * Creating commercial sales texts and informative materials for customers for educational purposes * Managing and being responsible for internal mailboxes WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO * Has previous work experience in marketing/communication or a similar field. We also welcome applications from recent graduates from college or university in marketing/communication who have prior work experience in sales and customer relations. * Has a strong sense of language, tone, and writing * Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English (Norwegian and Finnish are strong merits) * Holds a valid driver's license as driving is part of the job We place great importance on your personal qualities, and to be successful in the role, we see that you have a "doer mentality" and value getting things done, structured, and in the right order of priority to move forward.
