As Elkapsling's current Sales & Marketing Manager moves on to new assignments within the company, we are now seeking their successor. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the company's sales and marketing functions and be responsible for implementing business strategies and budgets. You will be part of the company's management team and report to the CEO. We expect you to drive and develop the business through a down-to-earth and business-oriented leadership style, aiming to create successful results, good profitability, and strengthened relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, distributing, and developing the work within the sales and marketing function - Responsibility for business strategy and sales processes - Responsibility for marketing and market monitoring - Leading and coordinating the preparation of quotes and being responsible for major negotiations - Personnel responsibility for a team of district sales representatives, sales support/internal sales, and marketing coordinator (including performance reviews and salary setting) - Responsibility for the work environment - Preparing the department's budget. We are looking for someone with a background in manufacturing industry; experience in the electrical field is a plus. We prefer candidates who come from a leadership position, are accustomed to customer contacts, and have worked in an international environment. You should have a higher education or equivalent in a relevant field. As a person, you are business-driven, structured, and experienced in leading teams toward goals. Since you will primarily operate nationally, we require you to be fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, which is necessary for your international contacts. We expect you to be proficient in MS Office programs and have experience with some business system. The position is an employment opportunity at Elkapsling, located either at the office in central Sundsvall or at the production facility in Alby, Ă…nge municipality.
