About the Role
As a customer service representative with a focus on sales, you are the customer's first point of contact via phone, chat, or email.
Typical work tasks:
* Assist existing customers with inquiries and matters.
* Identify customer needs and offer products and services that create added value.
* Work towards clear goals and are motivated by reaching and exceeding them.

We are seeking someone who:
* Has at least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably via phone.
* Is driven, service-oriented, and enjoys working towards goals.
* Has good computer skills.
* Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
* Has a high school diploma.
