About the Role As Security Protection Manager at Connecting Stockholm, you will have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating security protection work in the organization. Your mission involves ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with security protection legislation and associated regulations. The role is operational, which means you will work proactively to identify and manage risks and coordinate security protection measures. You will report to the Security Director and have a dotted line to the CEO in certain matters. Primary Responsibilities: • Manage and develop the company's comprehensive security protection work • Ensure that operations comply with relevant laws, guidelines, and security protection permit requirements • Plan and conduct security protection analyses, risk assessments, and action plans to prevent and manage threats, disruptions, and incidents • Responsible for and take action in security-sensitive operations • Collaborate with various organizational functions to integrate security protection throughout the organization • Contribute to creating and maintaining a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility Qualifications: • Academic degree in security, civil protection, risk management, or equivalent • Several years of experience in qualified security protection work in large organizations or critical infrastructure • Good knowledge of crisis preparedness, incident management, security protection, and security protection legislation • Experience working with risk and vulnerability analyses • Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written Meritorious Qualifications: • Experience working with security protection in the public transportation sector • Certificates or documented training in security protection from MSB, Swedish Defense University, or equivalent Additional Information: Start Date: By agreement, preferably immediately Location: Central Stockholm with some possibility of remote work Scope: Full-time The position is covered by collective agreement and offers several benefits such as SL card, wellness allowance, lunch benefit, and discounted insurance.
