About the Job Do you have an education in the security field? Have you worked with risk management and want to be driving the safety work at Gothenburg Trams with a focus on crisis preparedness and civil defense? Then you might be the one we're looking for! As a safety coordinator specializing in crisis preparedness and civil defense, you will become part of the company's security unit, where competencies across multiple security areas collaborate. Your role is central in the joint work to develop and maintain the city's preparedness and ensure that operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Gothenburg City's guidelines in the area. Although your primary responsibility will cover crisis preparedness and civil defense, you will need to support the unit's entire mission alongside colleagues in IT and information security, physical security, fire protection, and data protection. You will report directly to the Security Manager, who in turn reports to the CEO. Main Work Tasks: - Drive risk management work - Drive and coordinate the company's crisis and heightened preparedness planning - Conduct training and exercises - Provide support to and develop the company's on-call function - Responsible for collaboration with external parties in the security and safety area - Serve as the authority contact for security issues We value collaboration and lack of prestige, where knowledge transfer and a supportive climate among colleagues provide good conditions for successfully completing our assignments. Working hours are on weekdays excluding holidays, 40 hours per week. We apply flexible working hours. When operations allow, there is some possibility of remote work.
