**About the Role and Your Responsibilities** The role of Safety Coordinator at the Culture and Leisure Administration is new and has been created to better meet expectations for preparedness and to ensure safe operations in an increasingly challenging societal climate. The public activities and events of the Culture and Leisure Administration require proactive work combined with readiness to adapt based on the current situation. As the Safety Coordinator at the Culture and Leisure Administration, your main task will be to serve as a cohesive and driving force to secure the administration's work on preparedness and safety within its operations. You will provide close support to the administration's managers and employees in their daily activities. An important part of your work will also be to act as a reference person and partner in relation to the municipal office's security unit, other administrations and companies, as well as authorities and civil society. You will be responsible for existing and new initiatives in the field to meet societal developments and new opportunities to create safe and resilient operations. Your work will include continuous monitoring of the external environment, investigative work, and representing the operations in forums within your area of focus, both within the municipal organization and in external collaborations. **We Are Looking for Someone Who** ... has the ability to combine long-term strategy with short-term progress. You enjoy initiating new solutions and are motivated by creating value and synergies, both big and small. - Has relevant academic education at least at the bachelor's level, vocational training, or equivalent relevant education/work experience deemed comparable by the employer. - Has knowledge and engagement in the field of culture and leisure. - Has experience in driving and coordinating change processes. - Has experience in crisis management organizations and preparedness work, such as risk and vulnerability analysis, continuity planning, etc. - Has experience in safety work, e.g., event safety, risk analysis, preventive work against threats and violence, and developing safety routines for secure places and operations. - Has experience in analysis, planning, and follow-up work. - Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. **Meritorious Work Experience** - Experience in cultural and leisure activities. - Experience working in a politically governed organization.
