As a Security Coordinator within Intraservice, you will be part of the administration's security organization. You will, at the request of the Security Manager, participate in the administration's security work and its development based on the areas outlined below. **Responsibilities** Your main responsibilities will involve: - Physical security - locks, alarms, access control systems, video surveillance, protected objects - Personal security - threats & violence as well as unauthorized influence - Crisis management - technical systems for crisis communication RAKEL, crisis management rooms - Fire protection - systematic fire protection work - Civil defense - war organization and personnel placement in times of war In the role of Security Coordinator, you will, together with other employees who have specific responsibilities related to security, participate in various networks both internally and externally, manage contacts with security service providers, conduct internal investigations and internal controls, develop governing documents, manage, follow up, and counteract security incidents. As the Deputy Security Protection Officer, you will, under the guidance of the Security Protection Officer, lead and develop the security protection work at Intraservice. This work involves establishing security protection plans, conducting security screening interviews, and managing security protection administration. **About You** We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree or vocational education focused on emergency preparedness and security coordination. A requirement is that you have at least three years of professional experience in physical security, fire protection, security protection, risk management, emergency preparedness work, crisis management, planning work, and security administration. Experience from security work in public operations as well as experience in project management or team leadership within the security field is considered an asset. As a Security Coordinator, you need to be skilled in communication and collaboration, as there are many points of contact both within the administration and within the City of Gothenburg. You can take significant initiative in your work and possess good specialist knowledge in your field. You are analytical with the ability to analyze and describe problems, as well as identify and explain solutions in a simple and pedagogical manner. You need to have strong administrative skills along with the ability to produce governing documents. You also need to be proactive to ensure that security work is conducted in a proactive manner. You do this, for example, by initiating and leading exercises in crisis preparedness and planning and conducting training within the organization regarding crisis preparedness, scaling, and fire protection. **Additional Information** Intraservice conducts essential public operations, and therefore we have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. The position is classified in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585). This requires Swedish citizenship and a successful security clearance, which includes, among other things, a background check via SÄPO and a passed alcohol and drug test.
