Security Officer for the Salberga Prison and Remand Center - Temporary Position

We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation, remand facilities, and client transportation. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are currently seeking two temporary positions as Security Officers to support operations at the Salberga prison and remand facility. The Security Officer plays a central role in the security organization at the prison and remand facility and is responsible for monitoring, following up, and analyzing daily security work, including incidents that occur. The Security Officer is responsible for improving and streamlining security operations in accordance with applicable regulations. The position also includes quality assurance, revisions of local regulations, security assessments, responsibility for the facility's drug-related work, and certain possession assessments. As a Security Officer, you will collaborate with the security department at the headquarters, the police authority, and other actors in the criminal justice chain. **QUALIFICATIONS** As a person, you are performance-oriented, self-driven, and resilient. You are analytical and have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Building relationships and having good collaboration skills are key in this role.
