- Collaborating internally and externally with other municipal companies, stakeholders, authorities, customers, and suppliers
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in qualified security work and who has previously worked as a security manager, security officer, or CISO, preferably within IT, telecommunications, municipal networks, or other technical infrastructure. You have extensive experience in security management, cyber and information security, crisis management, continuity planning, and security protection, and have held a managerial position or been part of a management team. You are accustomed to working according to established frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and/or ITIL, and have a good understanding of relevant legislation such as the Security Protection Act, Cybersecurity Act, NIS/NIS2, LEK, and OSL. A valid driver's license is required, and we expect you to have a relevant academic education in computer science, information security, computer engineering, or similar. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold Swedish citizenship. The position requires a successful background check and security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who passionately combines strategic holistic thinking with operational work. You have the ability to see the connections between security, business benefits, and societal missions, and are driven to translate requirements into concrete processes and behaviors. You lead with clarity, build trust, and create consensus on security issues. As a colleague, you are down-to-earth, pragmatic, and structured, with excellent collaboration skills.
