We are now seeking an experienced and results-focused: Security Chief – Physical Security Systems As Security Chief at CTS Security Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's security solutions – primarily physical protection – comply with local and international regulations and standards for data center projects in Europe. The role is both strategic and operational, involving broad responsibility for security management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, including leading ISO certification work. You will also have overall responsibility for Health & Safety and function as a key person in the company's ambition to deliver sustainable and approved security solutions. The position is based in Stockholm and involves regular travel within Europe. Your Mission • Responsible for ensuring physical protection measures at CTS construction sites and data centers meet applicable security standards and local requirements. • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and processes related to physical security. • Have good knowledge of local regulations in countries where CTS operates. • Secure compliance with building norms and security requirements for data centers in various climate and geopolitical conditions. • Ensure data center projects meet relevant international standards. • Responsible for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 systems, including leading audits and re-certifications. • Lead and develop the company's overall strategy for workplace environment and safety in international settings. • Responsible for documentation related to security standards, policies, and reporting. Who Are You? We are seeking someone who can clearly demonstrate achieving or exceeding measurable goals in structure, quality, regulatory compliance, deadlines, and economics in previous security projects. Swedish and English languages, as well as international collaboration, have never been a problem for you. Your Background • Multiple years of experience working with physical security, preferably in data centers, infrastructure, or construction projects. • Previous responsibility for Health & Safety in international environments. • Experience working with international building norms and regulations. • Documented experience with ISO 9001 and 27001; certification leadership is merit.
