Sparbanken Bergslagen is now seeking a curious and driven Security Manager and IT Coordinator - an IT doer who also wants to develop and take responsibility for the bank's security work. About the Role As Security Manager and IT Coordinator, you will work within the Internal Control unit and have overall responsibility for the bank's physical security work and coordination of IT-related technical issues. The role primarily consists of practical and coordinating tasks within physical security and IT, but you will also work on developing and following up on routines and instructions in the area. The position requires you to actively stay updated on various types of threats, irregularities, and criminal activities that may arise in society and in the banking and finance sector. In this role, you will work proactively but also reactively as needed. You are a long-term and responsible "doer," knowledge partner, and guide in the area for the entire bank. Examples of Responsibilities and Tasks: • Develop and follow up on strategies and routines to ensure the bank's physical security, e.g., personal protection • Be responsible for systematic fire protection work (SBA), update evacuation plans, and conduct fire drills • Manage IT equipment in shared bank spaces, coordinate network management, and procure IT equipment, etc. • Handle and follow up on the bank's system permissions • Be on standby to quickly manage and minimize damage in security-related incidents • Collaborate with and manage suppliers of security companies, high-security centers, and other security-related vendors • Liaise with authorities and serve as the contact person for selected agencies About You We place great importance on your personal qualities. In this position, you will need: • Several years of experience in physical security or IT coordination • A drive and interest in developing expertise in the area • Integrity and perseverance in following up on identified needs • Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish • A valid driver's license (B) Previous banking experience or education in security and/or IT is an advantage.
