Security Analyst

We are seeking a Security Analyst for an assignment with our client in the defense industry. The role is suitable for someone with some experience in security work and who wants to develop expertise in threat analysis, personnel security, and security protection within a global and complex organization. About the Assignment As a Security Analyst, you will support the team in identifying, analyzing, and following up on security threats that may impact the client's operations – both nationally and internationally. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Participating in the collection and analysis of information about current security threats. • Contributing to the preparation of basic threat assessments and security recommendations. • Supporting the personnel security process, including managing background checks, scheduling security interviews, and documentation. • Assisting with administration, follow-up, and security protection routines. • Contributing to the development of internal processes and training initiatives. • You will work closely with experienced security specialists and the Head of Security Protection, providing an excellent opportunity for learning and skills development in the field. Your Profile • Experience in security work, intelligence analysis, or personnel security – for example, from large companies or public sector organizations. • Good understanding of security protection and information security fundamentals. • Ability to work systematically, analyze information, and communicate clearly. • Interest in developing expertise in threat analysis, security processes, and risk management. • Swedish citizenship (mandatory requirement). • Experience with due diligence processes, documentation in security matters, or work with routines and controls in larger organizations is considered an advantage.
